Clarification, please.

Let me get this straight:

R.M.'s emails to me or anyone is considered private, and not considered "public info"?

So, this private information that I received then makes me " priveleged to insider information" ?????????

And if I now share this "private information" with our Discussion Forum members by cut and pasting to the Forum, it now becomes "public information" ???

And as such it now becomes PUBLIC information AND can now be used as information from a KRY official,and even manipulated and spread by any news media??? (as VHeadline actually did to one of my cut and pastes to our BOARD????????????????
