If RM is kind enough to share information with you and in the same breath ask that you not post it, if it were me, I would honor his request and or asking him if you can post it. Because RM is an official/officer of a publically traded company anything he says, if quoted on any public forum, be it agoracom, a newspaper, or some online blog, could be misconstrued as a "public statement." If he says don't do it, don't do it or it could get his you know what in trouble but he is smarter than that.
