DParge...in the worst case....any change to the mining laws that removed (rather than reduced) profitability would kill all mining\foreign investment in Vz. Worst case...we make less profit. In any event, notwithstanding that CYA legal clause, I think our case in International Arbitration would be quite good. Until May 28th I'm casting my lot with the optimists and predicting permit approval. After the 28th I'm going back over to the dark side.
