If they have this in mind,changing the mining act to void our contract,then it would be in our best interest to file for arbratration ASAP.If we file before the changes then they cant do a thing about it.You cant change the rules after the fact.If it was this easy then arbitration would only be a kangaroo court with no protection for investors and there would be no point to it,why bother.
