You make some good points. Personally I'm not afraid of arbitration because given everything we know it appears that Kry is in the right. Under that scenario Kry should win it's case. The question becomes do we believe Kry management that Kry has not done anything to violate the MOA. Until proven wrong I will continue to side with management.

A lot of banter has be around VZ not wanting Kry to mine LC. This could be true but the only way out of the current deal for VZ is if Kry breaks the MOC or VZ does. Once the social projects are complete there is nothing else for Kry to do but wait.

I would hate to see arbitration but I agree we could come out way ahead price wise with arbitration.
