Question i have about arbitration.Were does it say shareholders will get one cent.If an amount was rewarded to Kry for costs incured,lost profits ect. how do we know that management would equally distribute it amoung shareholders.How do we know that they wouldnt use it to buy other prospects/company and continue operating as a publically traded company.Any decision would have to go to a vote and im pretty sure retail investors dont own enough to win the vote to tally everything equally amongst us all.I for one am hoping for the permit or buy out.I really dont trust any company management to do what is right for retail investors.Institutional investors have the power,we can only hope for the best. IMHO
