Midas, I think you have hit the nail on the head with completion of the social projects. To my way of thinking the completion should be the next time we hear a PR from Kry unless it has to do with the permit.

Once the social projects are complete, spending should be dropped to a minimum as they is nothing else to do in regards to our MOC other that to wait for may 28th.
