to all, i know everyone is pretty beat up with this whole mess by now and news (other than "permit granted") does'nt seem very important.......

personally i think bizkaitarra is extremely important....it suggests that the venz are setting aside a concession for the illegal/artisenal/small miners....

for those that have been around this story for awhile, you know why thats important and how long it's been going on.

the end of this saga is very close imo....hopefully it's a happy ending
