Why wouldn't we win? Management has said on numerous occasions that KRY is in full compliance. And even now, during this "stonewalling" period, is completing agreed upon projects.

Furthermore, we were told we would receive the permit if we: paid the taxes, and secured the requird Bond. All was well until Ortega lowered the boom on issuing the Permit last spring.

Looks to me like we have "one hell of a strong case", unless we have been misled by our Management.

And aren't we being represented by the same legal team for Arbitration that represented Exxon, etc. Looks to me like we're in pretty good hands. All we need is a Management with "guts" to get the show on the road!
