These officials are not efficient nor focussed. Plus they are very emotional. Thus, there is a very good possibility that these officials will allow the May deadline to just pass without doing anything.

Eddy...with all the smoke around LC\LB and the increasing visibility of the mining sector, I find it difficult to believe that even the Venezuelan officials can be that stupid, clueless and out of touch to not be WELL aware of the looming arbitration deadline. It would be easier for me to believe that we are being intentionally played by the corrupt Venezuelan system.

Imo...if they let the deadline pass....and KRY does not immediately play the legal card....there is an agreement in place behind the scenes that will take a little more time to implement.
