not sure that it will mean anything for kry...i just wanna see hugo out! if he wins the referendum he'll win every "election" from now til eternity....

one way to look at it is:

if hugo loses the referendum will he gear up the corruption and theft to "make hay while the sun shines"? or..... will he try to improve the situation in ven to keep future members of his party in?

personally, i think he'll pull a cheney.....
