one of the conspiracy theories thats always stuck in my head is (i think #5,438) "the venezuela wont issue permit until after the vanessa/icsid case is settled" theory. trust me, i know the whole vanessa story and i think thier case is a sham but....

this one always made some sense to me for many reasons, heres one:

if kry was profiting and mining LC during the case then vannessa could use that as ammunition against ven (i.e. "see what we lost?)....the way it is, ven can use the fact that LC was never going to be mined anyway (for environmental reasons)....so vanessa did'nt lose much.....

vanessa looks to be close to a finale at icsid...just curious as to what that will mean for kry.....

at this point. if infinito/vanessa get nothing it makes little difference to kry...but if they were awarded a decent judgement (say $150mil) would'nt that actually be good for us?
