gohorse, as always with kry the answer is: if kry gets the permit it changes everything....

if they were to recieve a permit now (not looking real good imo) i cant see how you could continue a class action based on the fact that they hav'nt recieved it?

the real wildcard is. what kind of evidence do they have that kry mngt had knowledge they would not recieve it? maybe none, maybe some...who knows?

at the end of the day, the MOC is still of value.....settlement, lawsuit, buyout who knows.....
