theres been no official announcement of kry being thrown off LC...but agapov has been touting that he'll end up mining both LC/LB....etc. etc.

i would'nt think this would be as expensive/long as an icsid case...maybe even provide a few bucks in settlement....

also, i'd think the "rusoro is a russian company" bit might get under the skin of a few canadian judges....agapov is'nt exactly being a good corporate citizen to canada...imo
