Sylvester......Remeber now...nothing has happened at all yet. This is still just talk, and there is still absolutely no evidece yet about how KRY fits into any of this. So lets stop assuming the Ruskies, or Rusoro or Chavez, has done anything to us yet. This is how wars are started, by listening / believing rumors, and then embelshing them. All the Central American and most South American countries move very slow, and have very confusing and convoluted red tape.

We just have to wait it out, and try not to go absolutly stark raving mad, and broke in the mean time.
