I think the big difference is that Chavez told MimAmb to reconsider the permits. The goal now is to find a way to reach an agreement. Neither KRY or GRZ will agree to underground mining so the only way we can proceed is for MimAmb to agree to open pit mining. I don't think MimAmb will be able to stop the permit using an open pit ban if they want to meet Chavezs instructions.



If MinAmb denies KRY a permit and rescinds GRZ's because of open pit mining then when it says it is reconsidering the permits but still insisting upon no open-pit mining then what exactly is it reconsidering? Am I missing anything here?
