Teutracker, I think there are many things that we don't know and you are trying to extrapolate from an inadequate supply of facts. Not a criticism, just an observation as we all tend to do this.

The reconsideration is part of the legal process of an agency decision. At the same time there is a political process that we do not (and cannot) understand and is far more important since it is actually what will bring the permit.

My plan is an early weekend starting today and then unfortunately heading out for three weeks of work, which will fortunately keep me at a distance from KRY. LOL
