I reviewed Boss's e-mail and I drew a conclusion that they had spoken to them, but you are right it is more of just stating how the org chart reads. I would hope by now that CVG has spoken to the writer and at least his immediate supervisor. It was nice to know if the letter has at least been questioned at this point and the response.
