1.I would think that Kry has a copy of the the letter and that it would be public information going from one public entity to another. I would like to see the letter has Tradewinds seen the letter?

2. It would be a very positive development if CVG and Sanz, were not aware of the letter and suprised by it as RM has said? I have my personal doubts about such an important letter going out to CVG without everyone in the senders organization's approval and knowledge and without advance notice to CVG. When did CVG get the letter and when was it announced to us?

3. This is a time of crisis, having lost so much of the company share price in such a short amount of time, and it is time for the leaders of this company to stepforth. Last time we heard form anyone other then RM it was GT going after the Environmental Minister. We need to hear from Mr. Fung or GT at this point.

4. It concerns me that while this letter was executed by a director, RM has told us they went to 2-3 positions higher and yet it has not been rescinded or overturned as of yet.

5. We need information even if it is to tell has we are working on the issue with xyz and hope to have more news in the near future.

All information regarding what RM has said came from the board.

What can we do to obtain better information?
