Does anyone know the lag factor for this information? I was thinking that this week and last week institutional representatives were shaking retail shares to buy in lower. If this data is near real time, then the action we've sen is major distribution....not good.

If however, the information is say one week lag, then it fits in to the theory very well, since major players would have been seling into the last spike to $1.94 to later buy in lower. (Actualy that is what I did with a portion of my holdings....sold some at $1.92, bought it back at $1.75 and added at $1.70.)
