Where is your data from?

I am unaware that Fidelity had that large of an interest in KRY. I see intitutional holdings at 26-28%. And I don't see a new 13d/g except from Tradwinds and Greystone, who increased their total positions to 56.1 million shares between them.

Just as a matter of calculation, the outstanding shares just increased recently by 28.6 million shares from the new financing, which would dilute all holders by about 10%.
