The Fidelity numbers showed roughly a 10% increase in institutional ownership after completion of the financing deal...from 29% to 39%. That seemed to be consistent with the number of shares offered as part of the deal. AFTER that....the institutional holding dropped to 33.6%...a significant drop. That is why I was wondering whether those Fidelity numbers were corrrect.
