You do not need to worry about that. You will get your money. Sure, they might keep 10% or so for other projects to further develop and then sell but that's not an issue.

If say for example we get 600-800 million in a sale for SC, management could keep 50 million of it and put it in company treasury. The rest distributed to shareholders as a special dividend.
