That is really a turn off to me. Lets say they finally sell SC the last thing I want is be tied to this management who will be spending all the money on various other projects. Id rather have an exit door with a complete buyout.

If and when SC is sold, there will be a jump is share price equivalent to the offer. That will present you with the opportunity to sell and move on.
