My last conversation with Elmer he stated the game plan was to sell SC then restructure the company so we could purchase Caramax and be able to move the Arizona properties forward when we recieve the permits. 

That is really a turn off to me. Lets say they finally sell SC the last thing I want is be tied to this management who will be spending all the money on various other projects. Id rather have an exit door with a complete buyout.
