I too was at the AGM today with about thirty other folks mostly investors.

Elmer was fairly stright forward with the presentation not being specific with any timelines and didn't use the word SOON! 

It does sound like we're closer to the end of the tunnel with Teck and hopefully it's not a train coming the other way. The dialogue between them and us seems open and fluid. Elmer stated they have had Teck screwtinize all the data because you only have one shot at getting all the data correct and extrapalating all the worth out of the project.

Spoke with Mike as well about the VD project and there headed to Arz tomorrow to meet with the state officials regarding the permitting for that property. Sounds like that's the biggest hurdle once that's complete then the for sale sign can officially be put out.

This was my fifth AGM and it did seem more postive than the last four and hopefully because this long down turn is finally starting to turn if so we're in a very good position to capatilize on the next run.
