From a business standpoint, IMO, I'd rather dilute the shares and keep drilling, proving the true worth of the District, which in the long run increases the price of the properties than doing nothing and waiting while we still pay salaries, etc. with a less than good BFS.
If dilution is the excuse for not drilling, IMO, we are being "pennywise pound foolish".
