Everybody assumes we are waiting for Teck. What if Teck is waiting for another partner? This would explain many things like why this delay is draggin on. Why we are being extremely accomodating in allowing this to go way past the 120 days... On big projects like this Teck has always teamed up with other partners to reduce risk.
