Why would the OIL prices be effected by the change of the regime in Egypt?

I don't think the price of oil should be affected, due to the reasons you mentioned. Exports are not significant. However, the markets dislike uncertainty, and the oil markets definitely dislike geopolitical uncertainty, especially in the Arab lands.
