I invested in Enbridge, partially on the fact that they were proceeding with the Gateway pipeline to Prince Rupert. In fact they were into feasibility studies, and had contracted for the capacity of the pipe when they got derailed by land claims. Also, a diluent return pipeline was part of the deal.
