a little due dillegence will reveal that Canada thanks to the most irresponsible PM(Brian Mulrooney) we have ever had signed over 80% of Canada's Oil production to the good ole USof A,in other words the USA bgets 80% of production before Canada gets to have their own 20%.Not only are we obligated by this but Canadian producers must accept WTI pricing .Yes it would be good to have other customers(Chinese) but 20% has to service ou own needs,thank God Canadians dont use their share ""!!YET!!""
