The 7 people who will lead the development of Algar have probably already agreed to a fair compensation. Each one of these people, I understand, is recognized as "as good as it gets" with regard to development of a SAGD pod. Each of the seven is an expert in a particular skill set required to build a SAGD pod. If any of the seven is lost, then the team is weakened considerably and the ability to execute might well be at risk.

My point is, that it is not worth risking losing a key member of the execution team in an attempt to save a few bucks.

This downturn has probably a forecast duration of a couple of years or so. Connacher has probably got a forecast duration of many more years than that. As long as we treat the seven member team with respect, I'm sure that we can expect them to continue on to construct Pods 3, 4, etc., etc., after Pod 2 is complete.
