Under the current environment, I would consider going back to my contractor for the Algar installation and reopening negotiations. The environment has significantly changed for all parties since the contract was let out. A reopening with a formula for determining pricing on future projects tied to the price of bitumen, could be benefical for all parties. The contractor would also gain surety of future contracts. A good way to develop a stragegic relationship with a key supplier in a fashion that provides for the needs of both parties in a constantly changing environment.
