Tax issue and CLL being small and unproven (pod 1 not at full production). Also CLL states it will have about 78M revenue in 2008 (I believe that is the #), which is about .39 EPS. So depending on what X you want to give it, CLL is between 3.90 and 5.85 (x of 10-15)
