Igor said a R/S would only hurt the shareholders and said that's not his plan to do.
I will say this thou and it is my thoughts not what anyone said at the meeting to be VERY CLEAR. Once the stock recovers after certification and we start making a profit a R/S is really not that bad. Say from .50 to $4 would be a good thing. After a few years I feel Baltia could get to the .50 mark or higher. A R/S on a stable profit generating company would be beneficial to advance to the big boys. But once again these are my opinions and not mentioned by Baltia or at the meeting.
