I could do that, but I refused to do it. The FAA ARE the good guys. I've worked with them before and they can be tough...FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC. So trying to make them look bad is a bad idea.
We know up to this point that the FAA is listening to Balita. A letter given to Balita the other day about it's awareness of the industry wide problem indicates that they are aware and will factor that consideration into the decision on 7 Mini Test.
Whatever they decided will impact all future airline applicants. They know that.

The NSTB and FAA are reviewing the presentation given by Baltia on the 16th of this month.
Let them do their job. BUT....they need to hurry up.
