I still think Patrick cares quite a lot about the community...they have been his close work force and possible "friends"...I don't think he wants to throw this project to "the wolves" and screw his Early workers....
The fact that Ecuador is going to have strict environmental and community relations in their new ming law will make any of the majors act in a more responsible way, than maybe they would have in other countries, is going to keep the locals safe from any unscrupulous actions of whoever does the final mining of FDN....
Who gets the other concessions that ARU supposedly had to give up during the Mandate is a great question...if they are up for grabs again, maybe ARU has made a deal with Ecuador to be able to buy those concessions...if that was the case, ARU could still have some "blue sky" open to them. If this deal goes bad for us retail investors though, who would want to invest in ARU again!
