They'll be lucky if there's even a constitution to vote on at the rate they're going. I guess they'll just Xerox the last 100 pages from the old one and hope no one notices.

Expect AP to pull out all the stops to get this thing passed. There will be TV commercials, parades, juggling clowns, kittens and ponies, women in bikinis, free beer and rock bands (to get out the under 18 vote).
