I believe it is you who have misinterpreted the the law or have not  translated it properly. Perhaps you have been reading the wrong reporters stories.

Whatever the case may be, ARU management who have not mentioned it, who are the ones actually in negotiations with regards to developing the basis of a new mining law should know.

Since they have not seen fit to mention such an important factor and have only been upfront with news so far, I see no point in wasting time with it.
