Nothing is law until it is enacted by legislature. At this juncture the whole thing, including the WFT, is nothing but a proposal. Politicians tend to get ahead of themselves when they speak. Let's wait and see how this plays out. Besides, this is just one politician speaking and who know if this gentleman could speak on behalf of the government. We been through this too many times in the past that every loose lip Ecuadorian official makes a public statement, we needlessly took that as gospel.
