I also hope Genuity is not upset if I add that I think this report by them is full of guano hahahaha. This windfall tax that is supposed to be law applies only to the oil and gas industry. It also only applies to new deals between oil companies wishing to exploit oil and gas in Ecuador. It quite clearly states that 70% tax will be taken for anything above a certain contractual price.

If this is the supposed law on the books that Genuity is refering to it is quite clear and non negotiable because as the say it is already the law. Just what is it then that ARU is negotiating that would be simular to other mining progressive countries in the area and around the world as stated by much more credible source of information other than this report. The very fact that a supposed windfall tax would be included in the mining taxation policy, makes it virtually unlike any mining taxation policy in the world and certainly unlike any in South America.

This report was full of nothing but contradictory garbage as far as I am concerned. Once again there will be no windfall tax on mining. As stated, they are discussing a royalty and corporate tax.

Today's trading was fun to watch. I heard lots of buzzing. I am not sure if it was the sound of sheep being sheared or the drag on a fishing real as the MM played the suckers today hahahaha. Reminds me of deep sea fishing, let the Marlin take the bait and run with it, set the hook and then start realing it in. Made me want to run for my own rod and real hahahaha.

The same few players and the same game, except that at the end of the day they reached out and grabbed those shares above them too. Looks to me like the MM are not only running out out of participants willing to sell into their games but also running out of time.

Too bad for those few actual holders who sold out today when they were so close to the end game.
