I look for small or new companies that have strong leadership and indicators of long term growth such as new products that will fill a future need, expansion plans, international exposure, diverse income, and the like. I very rarely own a stock for less than one year.

Long such stocks as XPL, NPWZ, FCEL, NRP, VNR, KMI, KMP, PZG, GTSO and GE to name a few in conjunction with a TSP fully funded yearly.
