JOINT MOTION TO STAY ALL DEADLINES AND NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. and Defendant Kyocera Communications, Inc. hereby stipulate that they have reached an agreement in principle and exchanged draft definitive agreements with some differences remaining. The parties agree to work diligently and act reasonably to resolve these differences; however, if a definitive agreement cannot be reached, both parties stipulate that Judge David Folsom will decide any outstanding differences, and his decision will be binding. The parties agree that this agreement in principle was reached under the condition that the definitive agreement is fully executed by December 28, 2015. Wi-LAN and Kyocera respectfully request that the Court stay the above-captioned case for a period of thirty (30) days to allow the parties to finalize their agreement and submit the appropriate dismissal papers to the Court
