Plaintiff, Collabo Innovations, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) hereby files this unopposed motion to stay all case deadlines with respect to the parties in Case No. 15-cv-608-SLR. Plaintiff affirmatively states that all matters in controversy between the parties have been settled, in principle, and respectfully requests a stay of all relevant deadlines for 45 days while the parties finalize their settlement agreement. In light of this agreement, Plaintiff submits that good cause exists for entering a temporary stay of 45 days of all deadlines between the parties.
