There's a lot of frustration out there. It will be interesting to see the way the AGM goes. There are some new owners out there with very significant number of shares.

In reality I do believe this new approach is more appropriate from a risk management point of view. If I remember correctly, sharing the risk with the lawyers was the method that was originally used. However, once the company started winning settlements, the company moved toward the method where Wi-lan took all the risk. Shareholders were happy because we were making more money. Unfortunately, we all forgot that the company could lose too.

In the meantime, the next dividend points to approx. 6% based upon current prices. I can live with that.
