The nice thing about this deal is that "Realtek" wasn't even being sued... Yet!!!

With all the signings & cancellation of the lawsuit I'm expecting a few more of these deals.. but, I imagine the "WIN" lawyers are extremely busy at this time, getting everything down on paper, signed & sealed...

Still befuddled as to why the share price is languishing below the "bought deal" price. Hopefully Feb. 3/11 the shackles are taken off & they let this baby out...
