Thanks for your most informative reply. I need to learn at least a little bit about technical analysis. I have decided to lighten up just a little bit at around $7.00. I generally hold stocks far past the good till date and wind up regretting not taking some large profits when I can. Having said that I also think that this stock can eventually reach much higher levels if the lawsuits continue to have favorable outcomes.
