Oh one more point. After this Lawsuit on Wi-Fi is settled one way or another (and I hope it goes all the way to trial), the actual fun will begin.

Wi-MAX is where the BIG money is -- imagine one day soon a billion 4G cellphones to be sold EACH year based on WOFDM and other fundamental Wi-MAX patents that Wi-LAN owns -- along with ones recently acquired from Ensemble, Alvarion. [What kind of defence will anybody be able to come up with then? Can't use the same old meaningless story and distractions they are trying to create using the meetings surrounding the IEEE 802.11B standard...]

NOKIA's and FUJITSU's ADSL patents cover another VAST area that will be harvested by Wi-LAN VERY VERY soon

The FEHER Patents which cover every DUAL MODE cellphone currently being sold today in USA and tomorrow!

Not to mention CDMA and Wi-LAN's MCDSSS US patent which would probably nail Qualcom to the wall. [Bonus!]
