Hi Kent,

Your posts are always insightful, and quite detailed.

I realize that each of the private investors made quite a gamble on this private placement. I would believe that part of the investment was based on good judgement, and part based upon faith. Not an easy decision, I`m sure.

You hit upon the million dollar question in your post. Why did X-act not find altenative financing if the product was so leading edge, and the potential was so great?

It wasn`t because of any proprietary or other specialized knowledge that Nanopierce would bring to the party.

Apparently, the money is the only common thread.

For any lead edge tech, a year plus of missed opportunity can mean the difference between success and failure.

It just makes no sense to me that this venture could afford to wait a year for funding. You have to admit that $1,500,000 is really chump change in the real business world.

And for the private placement investors, the wait for the expiration of the restriction on the shares will probably be interesting, to say the least.
