As for expenses to produce that capital, I agree with you 100%, I assumed that it was considered. Gross / net receipts etc.

This is why I insisted in smelter returns in the past before office etc. expenses were starting to be deducted.

However, in the catagory of mines that UC is in presently, $ 200.000 a month is considered very well indeed. I would be certainly content to have it.

Psst, do you know of anyone looking for a slightly used Gold / Silver mine? Perhaps a beautiful mule? A sunken ship full of gold?
